KML Tends Bar: Sip, tip, & Support sketch comedy

It's the best of both worlds! You get a cocktail created by a harried KML staffer, and your tips go to benefit Killing My Lobster, San Francisco's premiere sketch comedy nonprofit since 1997.

On Wednesday, July 30th, 6 - 9pm, some of your favorite sketch comedians will be stepping behind the bar! Elixir, a historic saloon in San Francisco's Mission district, will host KML staffers as we mix delicious cocktails and mocktails (with the support of a bartender, thankfully). All tip proceeds will go toward supporting KML's mission: creating fast, smart, fearless, and inclusive sketch comedy that makes people laugh.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

-This event comes just a few days after the July edition of Sketch On Speed. All KML ticketholders will receive 10% off their entire tab; simply present proof of ticket purchase to the bartender! Get your tickets HERE.

-Your attendance, imbibing, and generosity will help ensure the health of an arts organization that has been a part of the cultural landscape that has made San Francisco great for nearly 30 years. Thank you.

Sketch on Speed, July edition

In today's fast-paced world, immediate gratification is all the rage--and sketch comedy troupe Killing My Lobster is here to provide! Over the course of twelve hours, we are forcing our writers to create an entire show and the actors to rehearse it backstage...and before that timer is up, it will be performed for a live audience. Join Killing My Lobster as we race toward the finish line and bring you raw, uncut, boundary-pushing sketch comedy that asks the question: "Did you even read to the end of this blurb?"
