People are more creative when they have the time and freedom to be. But that freedom can feel risky—and in a workplace, people TEND to be risk-averse. Who’d have thought??

KML can help! Our comedy shows require teams of 20+ writers, directors, and actors to bring in lots of unique material on super-tight deadlines, and they usually only have 6 weeks to pull off a quality show. Our success is due to establishing a nurturing artistic space that encourages bold new ideas.

This workshop uses improv-based exercises to build a supportive and creative workplace. You’ll learn that what we might think of as a “failure” can actually be a new opportunity! Our expert facilitators will create a structured environment to help your team get playful and think outside the box. Generate ideas, take risks, and collaborate to find solutions, as you build a work culture that recognizes the best path is not always the expected one.

Class length: 3 hours
