KML’s Back-to-school campaign
As the beautiful, bright, and lazy days of summer come to an end and the days get shorter, there's an excitement in the air that's hard to deny – it's Back-to-School season!
KML’s School of Comedy is dedicated to educating the next generation of great comedians, story tellers, and theatre artists. We are driven to lift up underrepresented artists and provide life changing opportunities while creating an inclusive and supportive community for them to grow and thrive.
But we need your help to bring KML’s School of Comedy’s fall session and future sessions to life.
Your donation to our Back-to-School Campaign will help us provide access—via full and partial scholarships—to students who otherwise wouldn’t be able to participate.
Your donation will help us hire writing and acting teachers and teaching assistants for our robust series of classes and workshops.
Your donation will support our New Voices in Comedy Fellowship Program, where we help to amplify voices from Bay Area BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities by increasing access for up-and-coming comedy writers and actors from marginalized and underrepresented communities.
We believe that learning the craft of sketch comedy should be just as fun and engaging as attending a sketch comedy show, which is why we are asking for your support for our Back-to-School Campaign.
Won’t you help us support students on their journey of creativity, laughter, and personal and professional growth?
